Guy Does Impeccable Impression of Karen, Sparks Mixed Reactions
Karens are everywhere. Sometimes they're demanding to speak to a manager and sometimes they are the manager. Karens come in all shapes and sizes, but they have some distinctive qualities in common: they're entitled, unpleasant, and unreasonably demanding. TikToker @kervo.dolo recently did a spot-on impression of a hypothetical karen who works at the front desk of a gym. In the video, the person filming walks in and @kervo.dolo, in a perfectly irritating falsetto, demands to see the man's gym membership. The video escalates from there.
Though @kervo.dolo's impression was pretty on point, not everyone offered praise in the comments. Some were confused about the criticism, despite the scenario being a hypothetical one. "Just get a membership brah ain't that difficult" replied one TikToker. Whatever you think about the performance conceptually, you can't deny that this guy nailed the impersonation.
