Irrational Husband Sabotages Wife By Cancelling Her Job Interview Behind Her Back

We are flabbergasted by this tale. OP hit hard times in 2019, like a lot of us. She lost her job and has had trouble finding new employment due to physical disabilities. her husband seems understanding of this at first. He offered to become the breadwinner and told her not to worry and to just stay at home. But then the house dynamics took a completely shift. OP found herself doing 100% of the chores and housework. Her husband started to feel entitled. It's always the same old story. But, OP has physical dyabilities (did you forget dear husband?) He was so supportive of her taking a break from working as long as it didn't mean physical house work. OP voiced her disapproval of this treatment. He says it's only fair because he is making the money. Then he made a deal with her promising that everything would go back to 50/50 once she stared working again. She assured him that she would find a job and he laughed and said "good luck" She remembers it being an evil laugh. That's just plain cruel from a husband. What is his personal gain here? Our immediate gut reaction is NO - not the AH. No one should ever cancel a job interview for you unless you ask them too. The husband is clearly meddling for his own personal gain. It's sickening.
