Have you ever woken up, gone to the bathroom, and laid eyes on a cat that is definitely and most certainly not your cat? Well, this Twitter user can say that yes, yes she has. This situation begs the question, has this happened to anyone else? Any other comedic instances of cats visiting their neighbors and setting up camp?
After doing some research and further developing our theory that cats are secretly evil geniuses, we discovered that this actually happens quite often. Some cats simply decide, out of the blue, that they want a home and your home is that home. Twitter users everywhere chimed in to share their own hilarious instances of finding cats in their homes that were definitely not THEIR cats! Sometimes, as a cat, you happen upon the neighbor's house and just need a snuggle buddy, a new source of delicious drinking water, or just a nice change of scenery. What's a cat to do?
"What made this morning's trip to the bathroom interesting is that I don't actually own a cat."
We certainly understand how that piece of information, given the circumstances, could make for an interesting morning. If you ask us, we say that you now have a cat, Brianna. You have been chosen by this little cutie, get used to it.
Hongry boi does what needs to be done, including scavenging around the neighborhood during work hours for a lil extra food.
