Back when we were in school, it seemed like we were just trying to keep our heads down and not embarrass ourselves every day. If a day went by where we didn't have to endure being mortified after tripping, it was a good day. It got worse in high school when we might have been older but still super insecure about everything. It's only when we got to college that we came to terms with ourselves and how klutzy we can actually be. Even as adults, we gotta admit that we still get embarrassed from time to time. Embarrassing moments happen when we least expect it, and we need to be prepared for the worst at all times. If there's anything we've learned from our teenhoods, it's to expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised when the best happens. The people of Twitter are always discussing their adult walks of shame that don't have anything to do with the traditional walk of shame the morning after.
