Coolest Unexpected Encounters People Had With Wild Animals (ICanHas Edition)

You know what's wild? Some of the stories that ICanHas users have about encountering wild animals. We never imagined that there would be so many of them when we challenged you guys to share them with us. But like you always do, you surprised us and provided some hilarious and unexpected stories. From being chased by a particularly feisty bird all the way to accidentally hugging a bear, whenever wild animals encounter civilization, it seems to be in the funniest and most insane ways possible.

Of course, being that these stories literally shocked some of us into silence, we simply had to share them with the rest of you all as well. We love hearing these kinds of things from you, and honestly, the more insane the better. No matter how many times we challenge you guys to tell us animal related stories, you continue to surprise and amaze us.

We don't know who must have been more surprised in this situation honestly. Obviously, we would have peed ourselves if this had happened to us, but we can only imagine how shook the bear was too. To have a puny human run into him, expecting no consequences? We think that would be hella shocking.

Oh, birds can be absolute menace. Have you seen those jerk cockatoos who bite kangaroo's tails to steal their food in Australia? We have, and it's amazing. We also read a story once about a chicken getting so heckin' excited about blueberries, he knocked all the hens out of his way to get them. And peacocks? Those jerks. Don't even get us started on them. Birds, man, smh.
