If you are someone who has never had a pet and are thinking of getting one, you have to know one thing: pets are like babies - sometimes, there are unexpected costs to deal with. High costs. You cannot get stingy when it comes to certain things, and you can't doubt yourself about it. It kind of broke our heart when that one reddit user's girlfriend didn't want to pay 'unnecessary' money for her cat's care, and he had to fight her about it. Sometimes, you just have to. If you can't, maybe it's the wrong time to have a pet. That has to be a consideration.
For the most part, unhappy circumstances would lead you to these bills. If your pet gets hurt or if your pet gets sick and needs care. Other times… your overdramatic pets will cost you an expensive vet trip in vain, and you'll have to deal with that too. Like when they're… constipated, and goodness gracious, there better not have been a better way for that turd to come out if we had to pay thousands for that pet visit.
Oh, would you look at this regal man… Just sitting there, all innocent, not knowing that his human's pockets have had much damage caused to them by his poops. Foam rubber, Tucker… smh, what in the world could have given you the idea that it would be good to eat that? It doesn't even taste good, for heaven's sake!
Now, this is a good owner. We are sure that, at the time, it hurt quite badly - both to your pocket and also because seeing your pet in pain is always a horrendous experience. But this is what pet owners do, what we have to do - we have to help, even if it costs, and we have to be positive about it.
