Dog owners and potential dog owners- you know the drill, dogs tend to have a large impact on the lives of the humans they call their own. There are a lot of things to take into consideration when you are a human with a faithful four-legged canine roommate! For example, the size of the house. Is your home big enough to accommodate a dog (of any given size)? Do you have a yard or easy access to dog parks for your doggo to enjoy?
Well, the original poster of this thread placed tremendous value on having a house with a yard for his doggo, because that's just what he knew to be correct. When moving with a dog, many a folk recommend finding a home with a yard, or outdoor space, but the original poster of this thread is here to make a statement: "If you're raising a dog in an apartment and feel guilty because your dog doesn't have a yard--don't feel guilty. Sometimes a yard isn't worth it." Every doggo is different and has different needs, do not always take the majority's word as a priority. Spatial priorities are not always the same!

Can we get an amen up in here? AMEN!
An energetic dog needs lots of exercise and stimulation! Perhaps she might even need a yard? Nope. Not every energetic doggo needs a yard. In OP's case, his doggo for 4-5 walks a day, park trips, and multiple play dates a week with the neighboring doggos!
