There are so many different kinds of dietary restrictions these days. It can make certain things, such as hosting, cooking, or choosing places to eat, quite difficult. Even though it's nobody's fault, we would definitely never condemn someone for having certain conditions, allergies, or for voluntarily choosing a certain lifestyle for themself. However, when you limit yourself you need to expect that in certain circumstances there may not always be an option that fits your preference. It's kind of inevitable, but not personal, and very avoidable. If you're trying out a gluten-free diet, just make sure to inform the people wherever you're going that you need some kind of replacement, and if it's not possible, you can always bring your own food. It may not seem fair, but we would just think that you're better off bringing a little something, than starving. But that's just our opinion.
