Man Claps Back At Sister's Boyfriend For Making An Inappropriate Comment About His Wife's Post-Chemo Appearance

Cancer is hard enough to go through as is, whether it be mentally, physically, or emotionally. People who have cancer generally expect those closest to them to be supportive and empathetic, and that's generally the case. However, there are always those people that have little regard for other people's feelings, and manage to say the wrong thing every single time. In today's 'Am I the A$$hole?' post, OP told us about how he and his wife recently met her sister's boyfriend, which should have been a smooth and pleasant experience if the boyfriend didn't make a nasty comment about OP's wife's post-chemo appearance. His wife is currently recovering from cancer, but because she went through chemo, she lost her hair and ultimately decided not to wear a wig. The sister's boyfriend had the audacity to ask OP if she wears a wig in bed when she left the room, and OP was not having it. Scroll down for all the family drama in the post.

    Font - My M,33 wife F,31 just finished her cancer treatment weeks ago. She's getting better but unfortunately, she lost her her due to chemo therapy, she doesn't wear a wig because she doesn't feel like she has too and thankfully we're surrounded by people who understand the struggle.

    This is the normal response to a post-chemo patient choosing not to wear a wig. OP's sister's BF has no idea how to behave.
