In this modern day and age, there's a big debate surrounding who pays on dates. Back in the day, it was obvious that men would cover all the cute little dinner dates, because women weren't lucky enough to have the independence and resources to do so back then. Even though we've achieved the rights that we deserve, many of us still expect men to pay for us on dates because it's become proper dating etiquette over the last century. On the other hand, some men are all about paying the full bill, whereas others are down to split.
