Blunt Woman Uses The Possibility Of A Hookup As Incentive For Her Tinder Date To Pay For Her Drinks

In this modern day and age, there's a big debate surrounding who pays on dates. Back in the day, it was obvious that men would cover all the cute little dinner dates, because women weren't lucky enough to have the independence and resources to do so back then. Even though we've achieved the rights that we deserve, many of us still expect men to pay for us on dates because it's become proper dating etiquette over the last century. Of course, there are also women out there that believe that we should split the bill, or at the very least, offer to split the bill as a common courtesy. On the other hand, some men are all about paying the full bill, whereas others are down to split. In a Reddit Dating post, OP is a man who tried to split the bill on his Tinder date, but she simply wasn't having it and was clear that she believed he should be the one paying. Things were going great, we both were having a great time, lots of sparks in our eyes, touching each others hands, smiling, conversation was flowing. I'm surprised and I tell her I simply don't usually pay when I meet someone for the first time, it makes me uncomfortable and puts pressure.     Font - At that point the bartender sees this happening and come over to make sure everything is okay, and she ask him for 1 bill only (that I would pay). He looks at me and I ask him for two, and he leaves a little confused.

    Font - jorda1223 18 hr. ago I had a first date this week and she paid for the entire check with six beers and two meals while I was in the bathroom because no one ever lets her pay. Told her its my treat next time. I was already very interested and planning on asking for another date but her paying was just extra motivation. Currently working on scheduling the second date.
