Don't you just love when you get a chance to put your responsibilities aside, turn off your cell phone, kick back and relax? Well, animals love it too, and they might be even better at relaxing than we are. Every day we see new entries on Reddit in the Animals Being Bros sub, and every time we wind up wishing that we were as cool as those dogs, cats, gorillas and horses all laying back and loving life. Don't believe us? You're in for a pretty sweet surprise then if you'll just keep reading.
Even though there are new posts every day, we like to wait about a week before we go perusing these posts again. That way, we let Reddit sift through the muck, and we only wind up looking at the best of the best. Then, we grab the best of the best of the best, and we compile them here for you! But if you're the type of person that has trouble picking favorites, beware. We saw some of the most incredible content we've ever seen this week, and a lot of it didn't even make the top 10! Still, we think you'll find that you're happy with our selection.
We've got gorillas and groundhogs just yucking it up, wildlife photographers turning into pack members, and some very sweet animals of all shapes and sizes just taking care of each other and having a great time doing it! So give it a look, and if you want more hilarious animal content like this, be sure to check out our newsletter.
This person got to see an incredible display of compassion and gentleness from one of nature's most ferocious animals this week! When they stopped by the local zoo, and parked themselves in front of the gorilla exhibit, they realized that the silverback was all distracted and playing with a groundhog! Commenters pointed out that the two probably are already familiar with each other, so they know neither is a threat, and they're mostly just curious about what the other is doing.
If you're a parent, then you know that incredible feeling when the kids are finally over at Grandma's house, and you can just enjoy a few minutes of peace and quiet. Thankfully, this Kitty Mama was able to do the same in this video, but she wasn't exactly dropping the kittens off at Grandma's house. Instead, she was dropping them off with the family dog!
