Hamptons Private Chef Sparks Debate After Showing Off Her 17-Hour Workday
How the other half lives has always been a curious subject for the many of us proles out there, who have to do most of our chores ourselves. While some people might find the idea of it seriously weird, there's something fascinating about the fact that there are individuals who choose to make their money by waiting on the uber-rich hand and foot.
One such example is Meredith, known as @wishbonekitchen on TikTok. A private chef who has worked for a family living in the Hamptons for the past three years, she attracted attention recently by posting a day in the life video showing off her hectic schedule. Revealing how she spends more than two thirds of her average working day prepping meals, viewers were divided over her specialist work. While some felt she was living the dream, others were more skeptical about the amount of commitment she had to put in. Ethics aside, one thing that everybody can probably agree on is that the food itself looks bomb.
