People Imagine What the Craziest Concerts Would Be if Band Names Were Literal
One thing about bands: one of the areas where they tend to get the weirdest is when they name themselves. Whether it's a dumb in-joke, an even dumber pun (hello, The Beatles), or just something that everybody decided had an edgy ring to it, there sure are some interesting band names floating about. What's even stranger is how quickly we as audiences tend to accept these. Music promoters do a hell of a job selling us whatever some dudes just agreed sounded good one day, and it means we don't always put that much thought into the meaning of band names.
The same can't be said of the people of Reddit, though, after one AskReddit thread questioned which band would be the worst to see live if their name was literal. As it turns out, there are a fair few musical acts out their whose names have some downright unpleasant connotations. Have fun with these mental images.
