Sound the alarm and call the Labor Board! This former employee shared a group text from his boss pushing everyone to give 100% even though he's wildly behind on wages. This thread was posted on Reddit's r/antiwork subreddit by u/whitelightnin1, who explained that he already quit but his boss owes him $2K. Imagine what he owes everyone else on top of that.
If an employer is unable to hold their end of the bargain, employees are in no way obligated to give 100%. They're not even obligated to give any percent until they are properly paid for the work they've already done. What's most baffling is how bad these horrible bosses are at covering up their lies and motivating their employees to stay loyal and maintain their trust. This man's business is going to implode faster than the first iteration of Moviepass (good luck this time around, fellas).
