We recently stumbled upon a Twitter thread where someone posted a picture of their dogs' medical chart. At first glance, it looks like a regular ol' piece of paper. But as you take a closer look, you see the funny comment the vet left for the doggo, 'nervous but likes cheese'.

Honestly, same. If we were ever to describe our emotional state of mind, this would be a pretty good interpretation.
