We all have silly nicknames for our pets. Sometimes a pet acquires so many nicknames, nobody ever uses their real name to address them in the house, giving any house pet a sort of Godlike status amongst the hoomans. Most people arrive at nicknaming their animals, particularly their cats, in a sort of haphazard way. Oftentimes, it's simply an observation of what they look like at that exact moment. Maybe your cat is looking a bit like a little bean, or he looks like a fur ball, or maybe your cat looks like a slice of bacon. If you're lucky, your chonky kitten might even resemble the bird of all birds, the highly revered and worshiped Thanksgiving turkey.

One glorious cat named Broccoli has been blessed with the stance and prowess of a fresh rotisserie chicken, showing off her drumsticks, thighs, and wings whenever she takes a laying position. For those of us that are starving for Thanksgiving food already, this cat is subconsciously triggering our joy receptors with her adorable relaxed position. Her owner made fun of her, as any self respecting pet lover would, by making a homage video. It was a spectacular example of how Broccoli is slowly morphing into a turkey.

Broccoli is beloved by all, exactly like a delicious roast turkey. There's nobody that doesn't love this sort of cat content. In the comments, every raves about their own rotisserie kitties, excited to commemorate their own butterball boys at home. Apparently, the healthy physical predisposition of a good gato means that they always look a little bit like a tasty drumstick but with fur. The tabby turkeys of the home go well with things like cranberry sauce, gravy, and lots of loving.

For cat lovers everywhere, they can now obsess over a new feature of their cat. The turkey shaped wonders are something to marvel at this holiday season, so don't go forgetting your beloved furry butterballs this week with all of the Thanksgiving hooplah. These little beans are something to be revered and cuddled at all times and no amount of family time can take away from their well-deserved loving. This year, we are thankful for our cats— our fur babies — who steal our hearts in new ways every day. We are so thankful to wake up next to your boney hips and jutting elbows. #blessed
