If you're anything like us, you remember crying a little bit every time you saw one of those sad SPCA commercials for adopting abused animals. We always looked at our mom after with sad, puppy dog eyes, and she would say back to us "Don't look at me like that, you know I want one too!". We love an inspiring and heartwarming story here at Animal Comedy, and we couldn't resist showing you these glow ups from dogs that needed saving.
It just goes to show you that if you give a little love, the universe will give you a lot back in return. These amazing humans found or rescued these poor puppers, gave them some love and a forever home, and permanently changed their lives for the better. If you're not crying at the end of this, you need to get your eyes checked. If you're too young to have seen this commercial, or if you just need a good cry, click here. You'll thank us later.
Meet Benny, he had his ears cut off when he was a puppy in Greece. Luckily Benny was found by an animal rescue organization (Tiernothilfe Grichenland) and brought to Germany. He was later adopted and is now 14 years old and happy with his forever family!
Ellie was attacked by two large dogs as a puppy and her owners could not afford to pay for the surgery, so they abandoned her. She was rescued, fixed up and later adopted! The "after" photo is her at 3 years old, happy and thriving!

Found this baby girl on the way to work in the middle of nowhere, abandoned. Now Nipsy is so sweet and lives on a farm with her forever family.
This adorable pup was found crying in the shed after the owners had moved away a few days prior! Poor thing had an infected eye, ears, and an allergic reaction to the flea bites all over her rump, plus the obvious starvation. But now she's thankfully strong and healthy and goes from being a lazy bum to jumping up and down all over the place ready to play in 60 seconds flat!
From 43 lbs and starving to 57 lbs of pure joy!
From found on the street to delighted and cheerful! Thank you for taking care of her!
