'She sounds like a level 99 Karen': Rude Karen completely flips out on retail employee, threatens to fight her outside

“You lose business because you have s****y employees!” shouts the Karen in this intense viral video, which racked up nearly 2 million views. As creator and (former) retail worker Rachel Timsina filmed the encounter to catch her reactions to a rude customer, the woman shouted at Timsina and her colleagues.

In the video, Timsina appears to be working at a Walmart while being berated by an angry customer. The woman gets increasingly upset at Timsina, who tries very hard to grin and bear her way through the intense encounter.

The customer seems annoyed about having to go to customer service to seek help, telling Timsina, “You get paid to do a job, do your job!”

While Timsina was keeping her cool, the customer continued to call the employee “lazy” and berating her for not using a store phone (which Timsima explains won't be answered anyway.)

Then, she tells Timsina that as an employee, she needs to go get her manager. Kudos to Timsina for keeping her temper at bay still, as the woman then continued to insult her.

As the Karen again complains about being told to go to customer service to resolve the issue, a new character enters. A man in the background (most likely a coworker or manager) tells the Karen she's wrong!

This entitled customer continues on her verbal rampage, calling Timsina a “little girl".

She insists the employee is smirking at her, which at this point, is probably Timsina trying not to lose it on this extremely rude Karen. “If you were outside…" the woman threatens. She tells the employee to “keep flinging your hair," exacerbating the situation even more. After the Karen calls Timsina a final sexist and super rude insult, the worker finally had enough.

As Timsina decides to punch out, the Karen continues to bait her, saying “Get off the clock!”

The video halts with this final insult, as the Karen customer demands Timsina quit her job.

Commenters flooded the video with supportive messages. After all, it's hard out there for retail workers.

But that's not all! The video creator posted an update, too. After a few more videos, in which she said her employer didn't seem to notice her videos, they suddenly DID find the video.

“They said they were going to make me a marketing agent,” Timsina explained, but then added that her employers fired her after seeing the more negative videos she made.

She went on to say that after talking, she was terminated from her job. So now she really could meet that crazy Karen outside! But lets hope that instead, Timsina doesn't have to deal with any more extra rude customers at her future jobs.
