This floofy Toy Poodle, living in Osaka, Japan (okay you guys, we swear we're not obsessed with Japan, there's just a lot of ridiculously cute things going on over there), rose to internet fame recently with her pawsitively darling instagram page. She's leveling up the haircut game - not just a summer buzz, but a structured blowout and shape every time!
