Given the amount of water that was consumed, it shouldn't come as a surprise that this guy needed to get up to pee several times during the flight. The problem is that he was in the middle seat and the person in the aisle kept getting woken up by his constant trips to the bathroom every 45 minutes. Someone in the comments suggested that this guy's obsession with dehydration might be evidence of a larger issue. That's a generous interpretation of his behavior.
