The solidarity on the page toward bad bosses and inhumane conditions is great. We're starting to see the headlines about Gen Z demanding things, and truly, I hope they get ALL the workplace rights and benefits. I worked an unpaid internship, and I hope no one else ever has to. You should always be paid for your time at a job! Other generations sometimes take issue with this, saying that people need to know their place or start from the bottom in a workplace. Okay but, pay those employees while they learn so they can continue to climb the ladder and like, pay for food and heating. Basic things.
It's so refreshing to see people calling out their companies publicly – that must be really embarrassing for the company, and hopefully it does lead to changes.
