Thanks to Twitter user @priya_ebooks, we've been clued into another one of these exact situations. Originally posted on r/relationshipadvice, this cautionary tale involves a husband (32m) who asked his 30F bisexual wife for an open marriage. His reasoning? That her sex drive is allegedly lower than his, and the only way to meet his needs would be to open things up. He figured she'd have some fun with women, and when she started sleeping exclusively with men, he started to wonder if the arrangement was to his liking at all. It seems he is more threatened by her male suitors, especially one who spoils her with flowers, food, and manicures.
OP goes on to explain that eventually, he asked her to sleep with women in addition to men, or he would like to close the marriage again. The request was met with an eye-roll and a "No," and we can't say we blame his wife. It seems she's being treated the way she deserves, but not by her husband. As is to be expected, the thread went viral on Twitter, with people rallying in support of this dude's poor wife.
