We have all been there, had that moment where the little devil and angel appear on our shoulders. You have a chance for revenge at the tip of your fingers and you could easily take it. But then again, you could be the bigger person and just move on. Uuuughhh what should you do?! Get justice or achieve inner peace?? When it comes to getting revenge on a toxic work environment, we all hope you choose justice. You'll never achieve inner peace by letting your toxic boss get away with walking all over you.

An employee recently took to Reddit to share their dilemma of if they should take revenge or move on. They were recently told they were "redundant" to the company and was to complete their year and then they will be let go. They are rightfully feeling salty about being let go so they have a decision to make. They have to train all the other employees to takeover what they did as their job and they know that none of the employees know how to do their job. So should they train them or should they just leave them all hanging and the company can see just how "redundant" his job really is?
