Have you ever pet a llama at a petting zoo? There's always the warning "be careful, llamas spit", but we didn't realize how disgusting it actually was until reading this post. Apparently, llamas give a warning spit like saliva when they're agitated, but when they need to react defensively they spit a sort of glue-like snot that stinks to the high heavens and needs to be washed out with heavy shampoo and chemicals.
This petting zoo employee decided to let the universe teach a lesson to two obnoxious teenagers who were repeatedly antagonizing one of the llamas at the zoo. He warned them that llamas spit, but they didn't listen. The llama reacted defensively and spit their nasty gunk right in their faces, causing one of them to vomit from the disgust and smell. The employee went a step further and forbade them from using the public restrooms, claiming that he "didn't want the smell to infect the whole building". What do you think - did the kids get what they deserve or did the employee take it a step too far? Who's the AH in this situation?
In case you didn't know, "ESH" stands for "everyone is the AH". We're kind of in agreement here - even if you can't wash it out with water, he should have at least let them try.
This is also a good point - for sure they learned their lesson about antagonizing animals, but maybe it was taken a bit too far? Well, at least we learned something from this. Do not mess with llamas!
