Beggars can't be choosers, not even if you were on American Idol! This thread was posted to Reddit's r/ChoosingBeggars subreddit by u/priceactionhero, who learned that William Hung has resurfaced. We all remember Hung? The guy who gave a famously awful rendition of "She Bangs" on American Idol (back in its heyday). Well, he's back and not necessarily for great reasons.
As many folks pointed out in the comments, Hung is currently raising money for his third wedding after developing a gambling problem over the years. We won't make light of what seems to be a serious situation; however, we will point out that telling everyone to donate to your wedding registry in the name of Hung's "lifelong mission to help more people make their dreams come true" is a bit much. Does this mean I can get away with getting people to pay my rent and all my expenses in the name of such a mission? Asking for a friend…
