'I just fired a bride' : Homophobic bridezilla fires queer photographers, wedding planner puts her in her place and epically quits with only 6 months left until the wedding
Planning a wedding is difficult, the more extravagant you want it, the harder it's going to be to create. That is when a wedding planner comes in handy! They come in and take most if not everything off of your plate so you can simply enjoy being a bride and groom and actually get to celebrate on your special day. These planners can work remotely, or in person, but either way, just like any business in the U.S., they are allowed to refuse service. So if you're being an entitled Karen client, then you're probably going to end up planning your wedding on your own.
This is exactly what happened to one homophobic bride. The planner was working working virtually from another state, but we getting her everything she needed. The wedding was only 6 months away and the bride was panicking because they still didn't have photographers. The wedding planner got right on that and found the perfect photographers that fit the style she wanted and her budget! She them over to the bride for her to check them out.
The bride called back all huffy and puffy upset that she would dare to send her these photographers. The planner was confused and asked what happened, and the bride said she loved their portfolio and they were super nice, but it's not "appropriate" to have gay people at a family function. The wedding planner was gobsmacked and as the entitled backwards bride was screaming at her to get her new photographers, the wedding planner quit. She epically signed off with, "No, honey. You need another planner."
