Dog Becomes Obsessed With Croissant, Gets Extremely Upset When She Eventually Eats It, So Now Her Owners Buy Her Endless More (Viral Thread)

Every once in a while, our pets will get obsessed with some random items in the house for no explainable reason at all. It's part of the hilarity and shenanigans of pet parenthood. We're seen all kinds of silly obsessions in our time writing for Cheezburger. We've seen everything from a cat who got seriously obsessed with one tiny almond, jumping on it and playing with it and protecting it. We've seen a dog who chose a sponge as his favorite toy above literally everything else. We've even seen a cat who prefers cash over toys… yup, you read that right - cash money.

Today, we have another silly pet to add to the list. This precious doggo has become obsessed with a baguette (actually, it's a croissant, but enough people have told this person about it), and after he accidentally ate it, he became so upset that now his humans continue buying him more and more baguettes (i.e. croissants lol).

This is good doggo parent behavior. Yes, keep spending money on as many baguettes (i.e. croissants) as you need to make your senior pupper happy. We refuse to see this adorable angel sad, and if that means buying her a bunch of baguettes (i.e. croissants), then that is your new mission in life.
