Weekly Internet Roundup: Lemon Teeth, Doge Couch, and AI Boobs, Oh My

Hello again. We're back with another week's worth of internet events. They're as random as ever, but as usual, that hasn't stopped the conversation around them from being heated. Read on for a lowdown on headlines and controversies that have got people talking, covering some classic online topics: porn, hidden identity, and cute animals.

Move Over, Waifu Pillows: AI Makes Women to Order

Incels around the world have been rejoicing recently, thanks to the revelation that they never have to get their rocks off to a real woman again. The past few days have seen some intense discussion around the fact that AI can generate pictures of cartoonishly hot ladies in bikinis, if you want it to.

When a set of these pictures were posted on Reddit and Twitter, it prompted plenty of debate as to how much of an impact would be had by the ability to procure personalized breasts on demand. The viral tweet even spawned a meme based on its caption, announcing that this technological advancement meant that “it is SO over”. Big week for those who enjoy extra fingers with their massive boobs.

Atrioc Goes to Horny Jail for Deepfakes of Other Streamers

You heard that right, there have been not one, but two stories involving artificial intelligence and porn making the rounds this week. The second of these comes from Twitch streamer Atrioc, who humiliated himself this week by changing tabs and accidentally revealing a dirty secret

He showed his viewers that he had been looking at deepfake porn of other streamers, such as Pokimane, as he was switching between windows on camera. Understandably, some of the women involved were pretty upset with what had happened here. It seems like Atrioc was, too, after doing a bizarre stream in which he gave a tearful apology where he claimed to have been duped by a Pornhub ad, complete with his wife weeping silently in the background. Not the greatest career move, it has to be said.

Who Owns the Teeth Behind Lemon Lady?

In this world where we all share far too much of ourselves already, there are few things more intriguing than a case of secret identity on social media. The only thing that can make it even better? Sharing stories and gossip, of course, which seems to be the aim of the popular @lemonladysecrets account on TikTok.

The anonymous TikToker has built up a not too shabby following of over 287,000 in her time on the platform, where she tells tales behind voice and citrus-inspired filters. However, it's looking like time is up for the concealed identity schtick — that is, if internet sleuths have anything to do with it. After so many embarrassing dating stories usually involving rich or famous men, people have been taking wild guesses at who could be the woman behind the lemon. These include TikTok influencer @hellotefi, YouTuber Emma Chamberlain, and even Anna Kendrick (this one is based purely on an analysis of the teeth). For now, the mystery remains.

Dispatches from Dogeland

As if the end of 2022 wasn't traumatic enough, it also brought us the unwelcome information that an internet icon was struggling. 17 year old Shiba Inu Kabosu, of Doge meme fame, was revealed to be ill with leukemia and liver disease just after Christmas.

It's not something that any of us wanted to hear, but owner Atsuko Sato has warmed the hearts of Doge fans this week by providing a hopeful update, which showed Kabosu going through massage therapy.

On top of that, a very special piece of Doge history is also soon to be for sale. The couch featured in the background of the classic meme is going up for auction. It's being sold by PleasrDAO, the same collective who introduced the Doge NFT back in 2021. Bonus points for anyone who bids with Dogecoin

That's everything we're going to take a look at for now. Have a good weekend, and enjoy chewing over this newfound unnecessary knowledge while you're at it. It shouldn't take long for some more news to take its place.
