A good rule of thumb if you know you're eventually going to quit your job: keep a list of all the so-called "questionable" moments. You know, the problematic comments, the unrealistic expectations, and the times you felt like you were treated like a machine rather than a fully formed human being. You probably are keeping a mental list of those moments at your current job.
Well, this Redditor decided to write it all down and now that they're preparing for their exit interview, all those red flags will be brought to management's attention. Now, there's a good chance nothing will change after OP leaves. But you never know! Frankly, this kind of honesty could potentially make things easier for the people who are coming up after OP. That may be too optimistic a perspective but in this climate where our relationship to work is, shall we say, complicated, optimism doesn't hurt.
