Everyone watch out!.. The fun police are on patrol. We all expect to have to maintain some degree of professionally at work, but we're all still human beings, and part of being human is wanting to—you know… enjoy things. We're already trading a significant portion of our existence for the means to eat and keep a roof over our heads, so is that really too much to ask?

Apparently so. In a thread posted to Reddit's r/antiwork subreddit by a worker, u/MrHatesThisWebsite, they shared photos of this sign posted in their workplace break room instructing employees to ensure that they aren't having fun on the job. Sure, work isn't meant to be all fun and games, but getting along with the people you work with makes the whole thing tolerable. And as a boss or owner, wouldn't you want your employees to enjoy their time at work so that they're more motivated and deliver better results?
Commenters were flabbergasted by the chaotic tastelessness of the poster, and others were outraged by the dated usage of a Minion meme. One commenter suggested that the employees "Pull that down and throw it in the trash." Another remarked, "We expect you to be miserable here. But don't forget to smile!"
