If you're not familiar with the term already, weaponized incompetence is when someone deliberately uses their incompetence as a strategic tool to get out of commitments, responsibilities, and most importantly - chores.
We're not exactly sure why people choose to weaponize their incompetence, but we have a pretty good idea. Whether it's laziness, stubbornness, or just plain out selfish convenience - either way, it's not cool and no one should ever tolerate it. Especially on their birthday.
And guess what we're bringing y'all today? A story of exactly just that; a man who chose the worst possible time to weaponize his incompetence - on his wife's 30th birthday. Not only did homeboy completely avoid her on her special day, but he also came to Reddit to play victim stating, 'if she would've asked, he would've stayed'. All we have to say to that is - how about trying to use your own brain for once?
