There's nothing more frustrating than that moment that you're finally chilling in the park with your picnic laid out in front of you and someone's untrained off-leash dog comes charging onto your blanket to steal your charcuterie. Off-leash dog owners always insist that their pooch is more highly trained than all those good boys on leashes, but usually it's quite the opposite– especially when a delicious sausage is on the line. One TikToker recently aired her grievances against off-leash believers with a scathing, but all-to-real, compilation of all the classic catch phrases of folks with unleashed menaces galavanting around the park.

If you've ever had the misfortune of getting your sandwich stolen by a dog, you've probably encountered the classic, lackadaisical dog owner who doesn't believe in leashing their pet. They might argue that dogs were never meant to be restrained or that their doggo specifically has the best recall in all the land, but that is certainly not the case. Not only is this hooman the exception to the off leash laws of your neighborhood, but they also are the natural-types who believe a dog p00p is also a part of the world and thus must be left alone.

Not only do these leash haters despise keeping their pooch under control, but they also think it's hilarious when they get into mischief. Even if that mischief includes robbing you, scratching you, humping you, and getting a good face lick on your infant baby. Doggo harassment is sometimes adorable, but not when it's a random pooch bombarding you in public with their owner taking a nap under a tree. It's not the world's dog, it's your dog, please take care of him and keep him from getting hit by a car so the rest of us aren't over here stressing.

For those of us who have a handle on our pooch via the tether we tie to their backs, a loose boy is something that can be a concern. Are they going to attack your dog or rile them up? Are they going to leap in front of traffic? Who knows. Put simply, this TikToker makes a good point about how off-leash dog owners (in the city) really DGAF about their dog, other people, or the welfare of anyone else but themselves.

They always think that their dog is the exception to the leash law smh
