'I’m not crying u are…': Guy creates a Disney adult's dream proposal with a romantic DIY 'Tangled' moment

Maybe this is a hot take, but proposals have started to get out of hand, just like gender reveal parties. You don't need to drop tons of money and invite everyone you know and their dogs to ask someone to marry you. That's a very serious question you're asking someone to answer that will affect the rest of both of your lives. You should really do a proposal that is specific to your partner and the relationship you two share. Something that makes it extra special for just the two of you. Something that says, “I know you and I know I want to be with all of you for the rest of my life.”

One man recently hit the nail on the head with a romantic and intimate proposal, that was simple and didn't cost much money. His partner is obviously a Disney fan, seemingly in particular the Disney's adaptation to the classic Rapunzel story, Tangled. So he timed the film to play during the song in which the two characters finally accept that their falling for each other, he covered the floor in rose petals and balloons, put up some twinkle lights, and got all dolled up. When she walked in, he cued the music and you can immediately feel the love. His “come here” was so genuine and sincere, and the woman's shaky response in the background “I can't” simply oozed with love. 

You can tell the woman is overwhelmed with emotions and can hardly believe what is going on. The music is somehow timed SO perfectly that it almost feels like they are the two characters falling in love with each other in the scene. 

When he finally gets down on one knee, the music starts to get more intense and the lights are flickering on the screen. It's all so beautiful. She says yes and they share a happy embrace. Honestly, if you don't get a little teary-eyed while watching this, you're cold, man… Cold.

Other fans of Tangled are flooding to the comment section to applaud the man for his amazing proposal. Some commenters seem to not really care for the Disney theme of it all, but they are still applauding the man because it all feels just so genuine. Many others are just applauding him for keeping it classy and romantic and sincere without having to spend a ton of money.
