Having good juju surrounding your wedding dress is one of the most important things about your wedding day. Obviously, you'd love to have the man you love in front of you, but the second most important thing is to look fabulous, dazzling, and one-of-a-kind. It's your day sis, you gotta look your best! So what would you do if your bestie offered to sell you her old dress? You might think twice (even if you loved the design) if your bestie had called off her engagement because she was a cheater. But does that make the dress completely cursed? …Absolutely. 

No bride wants to have a cursed dress on their big day. In this case, OP and her bestie, Jackie, were engaged a few months apart, happily planning their weddings side by side. But when Jackie called off her engagement, she was stuck with an empty dress catching dust in her closet. Naturally the she decided to try and pawn her outfit onto her friend in an attempt to get some money back, but when OP refused, things went sour. 

Jackie became completely unhinged when OP turned her down and completely sabotaged their entire relationship, spitting mean words, attempting to derail the wedding, and finally Venmo requesting $5,000 to cover her losses for the 'missed sale opportunities' on the dress.
