Font - +2 16 hr. ago Get plenty of different types of toys. Do not get them used to playing with your hands. You will regret it later with bloodshed. Even if accidental! Lol ZelRolFox

Font - United_Tour +2.16 hr. ago Invest in a cat water fountain (it has a filter u change every 3 weeks) - it makes them drink more water because the idea of moving water is attractive. And if you personally can't feed kitty on a regular schedule; get an automatic feeder (amazon) and that'll help regulate their sleep and play time and they'll understand when they're going to get meals (look for the ones where you can customize the portion size, how many times a day, and leave a voice memo for wh

Font - have one kitty; play is very very important and they will have lots of energy DO set up an area where they can look outside, and if you can set up a bird feeder outside so kitty can watch the birdies eat and talk to em :3 DO NOT engage in play with your hands/toes/any part of you like wagging it in front of them or mimicking prey. The biting might not hurt now but when they're older i promise it's horrible. and other than that, just love on your kitty so so so so much it's a really wholes

Font - Twisted Stratos 15 hr. ago 100% get a running water fountain. Cats are... not good at drinking water and don't like stagnant water. Unless you plan to refresh the water bowl 2-3x a day. Unfortunately for me, my cat Poe is kind of a little AH so I can't have a fountain. He wrecks them as soon as he figures out how they work lol. Side note with fountains: do your research. Get one that's easy to clean. Many are not. They need to be cleaned regularly and filters maintained. But they definite

Font - stranglemefather. 13 hr. ago seconding this! i pay 150USD for a full year for emergency/major surgery coverage with a 1000$ deductible and 90% of expenses are covered once deductible is met. something that i also find helpful is saving 25$ in my cat emergency fund from each paycheck and use that to pay the for the insurance and put towards the deductible when necessary. also just good in general if you fall on hard times so kitty can continue to live comfortably.

Font - Chuckie_r_hangerdeck · 14 hr. ago Learn to read her. If she's playful or scared. If she enjoys ear scratches, but hates belly rubs. Congratulations, you're going to have years of love and affection. In a few weeks her personality will emerge, quirks and traits. Enjoy all of it. And take many, many pictures while she's still young. Envy you. Good fortune.

Font - BigDaddyBungus. 14 hr. ago I don't think I've seen it anywhere here, but depending on what type of electronics you've got, you'll want to buy cable covers. Kittens love exploring and biting on basically everything, so having covers on cables both deters them from trying to bite computer, lamp, or tv cords down the road and it keeps them from getting hurt On a similar note they'll have a second teething phase around 5 months or so when their adult teeth start growing in so even more reason
