‘He chucked it into their pool’: Retired engineer uses skills to get even with neighbors after reaching neighborly limit

These residents underestimated their neighbor, a retired engineer. As shared by u/soulslop, their father, who was the retired engineer in question, was not one to be messed with. So when his neighbor committed multiple neighborly mishaps, he got creative. This story certainly gives engineers a petty name, in the best way possible… and definitely will make people think twice before they throw their grass clippings into their neighbor's backyard. You never know who your neighbor really is… what if they worked for 25 years at NASA or something? The amount of knowledge they would have to enact some petty revenge would be incomprehensible.

One of this man's neighbors installed a pool, which sounds cool in theory unless they begin to host huge parties that continue late into the night. That is exactly what happened to OP's father… and he deemed it unacceptable. So, what did he do? Well, you're going to have to scroll down to find out. Next, a hotel clerk who refused to engage with an entitled hotel guest who kept trying to get a refund, after they had technically already been checked out.
