Let's be honest. At one point or another, we have all had a gut feeling warning us about potential red flags, but we chose to ignore it. That little voice in our heads would scream and shout but we would just pretend that we don't hear it. Pathetic. 

It only took me a few decades, but I have finally come to terms with the fact that my intuition is my best friend. Be it in romantic relationships, friendships, or professional settings - if your gut is making you feel feelings of discomfort and unease - listen to it, don't ignore your intuition. 

Tapping into your intuition can be beneficial for various reasons; you will become better at decision-making, you will be able to identify red flags, you will be able to navigate life's challenges with ease, and most importantly, you will learn to trust and to connect to yourself.
