Working for a company across multiple timezones can be a challenge. For the CEO's in London, it may seem simple to schedule a lunch meeting, but for their lowly employees on the west coast of the USA, it's 4am. To avoid all of the WFH employees showing up with robes on, their eyelids drifting shut, and a useless coffee in hand, teams need to coordinate heavily in order to make meetings go smoothly.

That's why some large corps have a person who's literal only job is to coordinate and schedule meetings with the crew. Imagine if the sole purpose for your full time job was to schedule meetings– it's basically just a giant group chat with 100's of employees who never respond. Imaginably, very frustrating.

For one meeting coordinator, getting a certain employee to even reply to her messages was like pulling teeth. He was already on thin ice because of his poor communication skills with the rest of the team (which is crucial when you work remote!), but this particular employee just seemed to write off and disrespect the meeting coordinator as if her job was useless in comparisson to his.
