Happy Halloweekend y'all! I don't mean to exaggerate, but I think that the weekend preceding Halloween is one of the most fun days of the whole year. This is the only weekend of the year where you'll see people in costumes walking around like it's nothing! You can be covered in blood on the subway, and people will still sit next to you! This year, I'm going as Jerri Blank from Strangers With Candy (a 46-year-old high school freshman who, after years of boozing, using and losing, has gone back to school), Megan from But I'm a Cheerleader (a lesbian teen played by young Natasha Lyonne who falls in love at an aesthetic conversion therapy center) and the Pride flag (I get at least one crappy store-bought costume every year). I don't know about y'all, but I'm excited to party in these obscure looks this weekend!
