Just In Time For Halloween, Mysterious And Slightly Ominous Video Of A Huge Herd Of Elks Resting On People's Lawns Spooks The Internet (Viral Tweets)
There are some things that happen with animals when they encounter humanity that… simply leave us speechless. Seriously, we're been writing for Animal Comedy for a long time, and some things still manage to take us by surprise. Like that ominous video of thousands of crows gathering around Walmart. Or that story about a cow chasing someone down the street - on Valentine's day too. Or that one video of a giant fish purposefully annoying a diver.
We don't know why these animals do these things, but we know that there must be some reason for it… something that compels them to act outside of the norm. And that certainly seems to be the case here. Someone was driving down the street, minding their own business, when they came across a huge herd of elks just… chillin' on people's lawns. They left their forests, found those patches of grass, and settled down, and we… do not feel settled.

You know… there are all kinds of animal phenomena that we have come across in our time writing for Animal Comedy that makes us truly believe animals know more than we do about some things. Do you remember that videos of thousands of crows gathering Walmart? They clearly knew something, just like these elks know something.

And even though it would be kind of magical to simply be driving by something like this on our way to work on something, we have to say… that we are glad to not be there. This is clearly a sign of some kind, and we would rather not be there when we find our a sign of what.
