School group projects are never divided equally, and one person always ends up doing the workload of everyone else. The annoying part in this (besides doing more work than you should), is that everyone still ends up getting credit. When I was in high school, I had to make a movie. Okay, I exaggerated, and that sounds a little more impressive than it actually ended up being. We were put in a group of 4 and were told we had to come up with an idea for a 10-minute film. Then we had to pick a location, actors, and costumes, and get to work filming.
My group partners were useless, and I ended up doing everything on my own. The film was even sent to a film festival (We lost… miserably) and we got a great mark for it at school, and I was FUMING. I could not believe that they were getting credit for something they took little to no part in. But, that's life, and in the story below, the exact same thing happens, just in computer science, and not in film. One student got even with his group members who took credit for all his work. Scroll down and read what happened, and then for more, check out this woman who refused to get involuntarily kicked out of her home by her petty roommates.
