I'm all about keeping it real. I know that at times we feel like a little white lie might be the perfect solution, but when you really care about a person, you will always tell them the truth. In theory, the method of complete and utter honesty sounds easy, but in practice, honesty can be painful.
The story below is an account of a frustrated father. As mentioned many times before, there is no parenting manual. Basically, what we do, is depend on the good old trial and era method. Meaning, we do our best and hope for the best. If we're lucky, in the best case scenario, we manage to raise an independent-thinking individual, but if we're not, we basically birth our new lifelong roommate. Long story short, the hard-working father in the story below is struggling to accept his daughter's terrible judgment. Spoiler alert, I'm talking baby, pregnancy, jealousy, MIL, SIL, and the list goes on and on.
So, on that note, I hope you enjoy the story below! And when you're done, and in the mood for some humor, be sure to check out silly statements made by people who are not the sharpest tools in the shed here!
