My husband and I got married almost 3 (!!!) years ago, when I was 22. Not only did we have the common struggles of a married couple, but we were also extremely young and inexperienced in life. The first two years of the marriage were filled with fights and uncertainties, we basically drove each other crazy. Thankfully, our love really did prevail, and after a lot of work, we became stronger and closer than ever before. Of course, there are still struggles and disagreements, but we have such a deeper understanding of each other that we use to keep moving forward. There is not a day that goes by that we take each other for granted, so that is one piece of advice you can hopefully take from us.
