Sometimes you just have a feeling that you can't ignore. A sixth sense or a premonition will creep into your mind, and you decide to listen to your gut. Maybe you have a strange feeling about going on a date with someone new, or perhaps you get a chill down your spine and decide to take a different route home just based off your feelings. The best time to leave a job is when you're just starting to dislike it. If you start job hunting by the time you despise going to your current job, it's too late. It's not always easy to leave your current job, especially if you don't have anything lined up, or if you feel very loyal to your bosses.
