Voicemail from the DOL agent in the comments. He was the only person I spoke with from start to finish, I felt well cared for in his hands.

spudds1022 16 hr. ago The DOL people are GOATS and I recommend reaching out to them anytime someone has issues with pay. Years ago, a very helpful employee from the Harrisburg office got me my paycheck within an hour after being ghosted for weeks from the company. 559 Reply Share

32 Makankosappo84 17 hr. ago As an English man, I always find the stories of our US brethren in the workplace utterly horrifying. It's wonderful to see that the tide is beginning to turn. Between DOL related wins, and the unionisation of workplaces becoming more commonplace, I have hope. Stay strong. 254 Reply Share

WordsandWeights. 14 hr. ago We reached out to the DOL about an employer shorting my wife on two months of pay and while it didn't end up being worth it to pursue in court, they were exceedingly helpful and kind while my wife dealt with the employer's .. I like to think it still managed to bite the employer in the somehow.
