‘Don't touch my daughter': Woman Forbids Mother-In-Law From Holding Her Baby After Child Throws a Tantrum

Becoming a mom is an incredibly hard challenge. And I don't just mean because of the pregnancy, which we can discuss at a different opportunity, I'm referring to the challenges that come with being a mother to a newborn baby for the very first time.

I have yet to experience this myself, but I was there when my sister became a mom, and I experienced that challenge alongside her. The sleepless nights, the constant panic that you're doing something wrong, and the changes that your body is still going through. Plus, on top of all that, there are those people who think they are experts at raising children and are always there to tell you when you're doing something wrong.

This mom on Reddit had to deal with the way her very disrespectful mother-in-law was handling her newborn baby. The MIL would constantly hold the baby in positions that made both the baby and the mother extremely uncomfortable. Whenever MIL was confronted, she pulled the 'I raised 4 children, I know what I'm doing' card until the mom had enough and told MIL she was not allowed to hold her grandchild anymore.
