We all love cats. That's known. That's a fact. That's why you're on ICanHas. But we have to be honest with ourselves… some cats don't get as much love as others. And yes, we are ashamed about it. And yes, we are about to do something about it. Everyone talks about domestic cats and big cats, but you know who we forget? Small wild cats. We forget the round, grouchy and fluffy Pallas' cats. We forget the tiny but lethal Black-footed cats. When was the last time you even thought about the big-eared high-hopping caracal cats?
And even less than all of the aforementioned… we can't even remember the last time we talked about sand cats. Huge eyes, huge ears, look so cute you would definitely want at least five as pets - sand cats. We saw one picture of them and suddenly remembered… yes, we are smitten, and you will be too.

So little, so cute, so… ugh, we want to have it as a pet. And yet… so ferocious. We do not understand why cats were created like this. It's like… the cutest animals are also the most dangerous. Bears? Hugs? Come on. Cats? With giant, very-pettable ears? Unfair.
Okay, never mind, this strategy of creation is genius. Because if the overall point is for the cat to hunt its food so it can survive, them maybe being so adorable and luring innocent humans into its trap with its cuteness is the right thing. Sigh. Yeah. We would have been lured. Definitely.
