Just saw your FB post and wondering if your looking for a position that includes housing? We have a room in our basement that would be very secluded. We currently don't have a bathroom down there but putting one in the next year or so. Also, another perk would being able to use our workout equipment down there. We have a set of dumbbells to 100lbs and a rowing machine. It would save you about $900 a month ($800 in rent, $100 gym membership). 2/14 This is was my era where I responded to every mes

My name is Sophia! Wish that was the worst thing about this one. Hey Sophie, mg husband and I both work at prisma and need someone to be at our house by 530am M/W/F on one week and T/TH the next week. 530-9, our kids preschool opens at 9. Then they need to be picked up by 1230, put down for nap, and my husband gets home at 2. We've had trouble finding someone who can manage the times but saw your a student so hoping your classes might work around this? Also, we do $5/hr for 530-830 because they

This lady did not want to meet or even speak with me on the phone beforehand... I felt so unsafe, I blocked her. Why would EVER put a stranger in your home with your children Need someone to watch my kids overnight this weekend from Thurs night to Saturday night. I pay well and have all streaming services. Kids are 12, 10, and 8 so you won't have to do anything at all, you can just chill while they do whatever. They go to bed around 11:30pmish. $250 for Thurs-Sat. Lmk. 5/14

That's $4.5/hr per family... no ma'am, no thank you! Hi! I hope your freshman year is starting off well - if you're still looking for a sweet and very easy little job, my friend and I have a nanny share open to you. Our nanny just up and left with no notice last week (she's a usc student as well). Ugh! Details are M/W/F from 8-5, $9/hr for two sweet, Angel babes - 4 months and 8 months, they both sleep for a good portion of the day so you are free to do WHATEVER you want, no other tasks required

Hi Sophia! You seem like a great fit for us. We are an energetic, family with two working parents and 6 kids under 8 (8,6 year old twins, 3 year old twins, and a 7 month old.) We need help in the early mornings 5 days a week from 5:45a-9:30a which is from wake up to all school drop offs. You can drive my SUV, of COURSE. And also, grab yourself Starbucks on the way back! Also - whatever you make the kids for breakfast, you can help yourself to. The way I have a masters degree in gaslighting and m

Again, testing my boundaries. She talked to her friends who have nannies but doesn't know how much they charge? Y'all gotta be able to see through this! Saw your FB post in th Cmoms. Needing part time nanny help while my Mom is traveling to our second home, she usually is the one who helps us. We obviously don't pay her but will pay you for your time. We need M-F, 7-7 but if you can't do that, like 7-4 or 5 will work, my kids just aren't used to me being there for bedtime but I'm flexible. I hav

Omg. That's less than what my rent costed that year... Hello. Looking for a nanny with experience with infants. Our budget is about $150-175/week for 40 hours weekly. We value flexibilitty! We do not pay OT but sometimes might have to stay late at our jobs (no more than 2 hours past). We do offer benefits - when we go out of town you'll still be paid (2 weeks a year). Hoping to pay under table since it'll be under $10k for the year. Talk soon

Sophia I see you have experience with house managing. We are an extremely busy family looking for a house manager/ hybrid nanny role. TASKS: All laundry All meal prepping/making Deep cleaning house weekly Organizing as needed (closets, bedrooms) All carpooling (use our extra car) Appointment and calendar control Parents (us) are out of town every other month so we would like someone who is flexible to spend the night. Not insulting your last nanny who was clearly overworked and underpaid... Welcome to eat food in house and use appliances as needed but not daily. Our last nanny was a student as well but couldn't quite figure out the balancing of house managing too. Hoping your experience has prepared you to be our helper. Let me know if this sounds good for for you!! These peoples nannies always "quit" unexpectedly and then they say the pay is something atrocious! Ugh. 12/14

Not the admitting in writing they exploited their nanny when she should've been receiving $130 a week for her gas... omg... Hey Sophia, you seemed like a great fit for us before I saw You charge for mileage? (Saw that on your post). I'm shocked. My last nanny carpooled our kids to school for drop off and pickups then to sports and appointments and we never paid for gas. It would probably equate to about 200 miles a week. Just wanted to make you aware it might not be a standard... 13/14

Emotional manipulation at its finest. People know what they are doing! Tugging at heartstrings to try and get you to compromise your rates and prices. When I told her my rate (even took it down a bit at this time), she became very hostile and true colors)... Hi there Sophia! So, so happy to have (her stumbled upon your listing. You seem to be just what we're looking for! We had our 9mo old in daycare but he was literally home more than there because he was getting sick every week... And also, we

The original poster stated that she was a freshman in college, I'm sure the people sending her messages were just hoping for someone desperate for some quick cash. People really have a lot of nerve!

And that's if they actually stick to those times, and never come home late from work (lol) or expect extra help on school holidays.

MagnoliaLA 21 hr. ago But think of all the money she'd be saving on a gym membership! She'll have FULL and FREE access to the set of dumbbells and row machine that are conveniently in the same room she'd be sleeping in.

MagnoliaLA · 21 hr. ago You sound SO perfect for us! We are in a bit of a desperate spot because our last nanny spontaneously combusted. We need someone to watch our 13 blessings from 5am-10pm M-F, but you will have the weekend off and completely to yourself (except occasionally, parents have to have a night off too, right? haha!) We paid our last nanny with the healing energy that radiates. from our kiddos, but we'll let you keep any money you find under the couch cushions while you're cleaning
