It is a real flaw in the system that we can't bring our dogs to work. Some places allow office dogs, and that is the dream right there. But other places don't allow you to bring your dog to work and that's a real tragedy. It's an even bigger flaw for the company because now you can't concentrate on your work for the meeting at hand because all you can think about is how sad your dog looked when you left in the morning. How are you supposed to do your job under this kind of pressure?? Dogs can really bring a whole new work ethic to the office environment. Why waste that beautiful potential? So we say, if you're a manager and you have an employee or several with well-socialized dogs, then you should not only allow them to bring their dogs but also encourage it!
