Famous physicist and general smart guy Albert Einstein has a famous (probably untrue) anecdote wherein he wrote up a chalkboard full of correct computations in front of his students while they sat silently. He then intentionally wrote 9x10=91, and suddenly his students erupted in a chorus of correction. Einstein then pointed out how nobody said anything about all the problems he got right. "The only person who never makes a mistake is someone who does nothing," he concluded. (Though he probably didn't.)
But all this to say, you hardly get noticed for all the work you do well. But haters are quick to focus on your small mistakes. Bosses most of all, especially if they are of the toxic variety. That's exactly what happened in this recent story from Reddit. But the beautiful thing is- the employee got to have an epic comeback. It's an excellent story to live vicariously through.
